The Brief

Scope: FIFA-Compliant Infrastructure Master Design & Architectural Specification.
The scope of work covered the engineering of stadium criteria, architectural coordination, and the preparation of performance-based system specifications for key technology and broadcast infrastructure across the tournament environment.
This included the development of technical frameworks for UHD scoreboards, perimeter LED ribbon systems, host broadcast connectivity, VAR synchronization networks, central IPTV platforms, open-bowl sound reinforcement systems, and tournament-wide PAVA systems.
The consultancy approach ensured that all systems were designed to support international sporting standards, seamless event-day operations, broadcast integration, fan engagement, safety compliance, and future-ready performance.
Key Challenges: The main challenge was to create a unified and FIFA-compliant infrastructure framework capable of supporting multiple venues, different operational use cases, and various technology disciplines under one tournament ecosystem.
Another key challenge was the coordination between architecture, technology, broadcast, safety, and event presentation requirements to ensure that all systems were fully integrated, operationally efficient, and suitable for high-profile global sporting events.
