Admin Assistant
| Job Description / Responsibilities |

Provide accurate administrative and secretary
services to the General Manager, Head of accounts, Head
of project management and Head of PR & Marketing. |

Prepare and update Data Base of all clients and suppliers
of the company |
 |
Prepare a proper filing system in respect to all incoming
and outgoing documents related to the company. |

Overlook the necessary purchase of office stationary |
 |
Maintain a proper appointment schedule related to the
General Manager, Head of accounts, Head of project management
and Head of PR & Marketing. |

Operate office equipment such as telephone, scanner,
computer, copy machine, fax and messaging services. |
 |
Follow up and revert back on the day to day administration
and secretarial services related to the General Manager,
Head of accounts, Head of project management and Head
of PR & Marketing. |

Head of Project Management
| Job Description / Responsibilities |
The Following Job Description are including but not limited
to the following
 |
Review the project tender document and identify the
project needs |
 |
Coordinate with the technical design coordinator the
preparation of the technical design that will meet the
end user requirements. |
 |
Create the tender submission with the coordination of
the head of accounts, the technical design coordinator
and reporting to the General Manager. Tender submission
are not limited to : product design, bill of quantity,
suppliers communication, quotation, delivery and installation
plan with key dates and milestone dates, AV products specifications,
mobilization, implementation stages, company reference
and profile. |

Conduct project presentation to the end-user to explain
the submitted tender. |
 |
Communicate with the product suppliers and prepare purchasing
orders and material requirements to the general Manager
for approval |
 |
Create/monitor project team that will execute the project |
 |
Overlook the entire project management and project installation
from the start to end including subcontractors and suppliers
and create solutions to resolve problems and evaluate
progress |
 |
Create progress reports and communication methods internally
and externally in relation to the project in addition
to quality control strategy |
 |
Review all project documentations which includes, delivery
notes, maintenance and operation manual requirements,
testing and commissioning procedures and inspections reports
in addition to the as built drawings, completion and handing
over the entire project to the end user. |
 |
Review any subcontract/end user agreement and coordinate
the formalization of the agreement with the legal department
and General Manager. |
 |
Improve business ideas and profits |
 |
Supervise an evaluates the performance of the technical
design coordinator , project management coordinator and
the showroom sales coordinator. |
